    About Me:
What a great game DDO is apart from all the rushers and general chat.
So destroy the general chat window (see HTYMHM no. 9 for that) and leave the rushers to their groups, starting another one doesn't cost anything you know. WTS PLUS 1 CLUB 10000PP

    Long, slow climb back up

or so it seems with getting Hasle VI to 4th level.  Born on the 6th April it has taken 13 days to get him there, although obviously that is sporadic play over that time.  I suppose it is magnified by getting Haansol IX the fighter to 3rd and then deciding to reevaluate my wizard build.

But ploughing through the Korthos quests is really a chore now and definitely a factor in lack of playing time, as I really can’t face doing them most of the time.  By 4th I have completed all the Korthos on hard and 2nd’s on normal.  Now I go back and do the Korthos on elite and slowly work my way through hard 2nd and 3rd normal.   Having tried Butcher’s hard at 3rd I recalled as it became quickly apperent that Hasle really wasn’t up to it.

Veteran is still the 1750 favour reward, which I am not sure if I will ever get to and buying it is still not an option.  But those first 4 levels are getting a real slog to get through, if not to 6th as that is only up to 5th level normal quests.

My choice to play solo PD, but there is real fatigue setting in as I am doing the same set of quests nearly every 3-4 weeks again.  It doesn’t help that the reward items are either set or such a narrow selection that in most instances they aren’t worth doing the quest for, only for the favour.  And please don’t make me do the Catacombs again, I’ll be good I promise.
