There are only 4 dragon-marked houses in stormreach: house Phiarlan, house Jorasco, house Kundarak and house Denieth.
If you have favor with house P you get buffs.
If you have favor with house J you also get buffs.
If you have favor with house K you get extra bank space.
And if you have favor with house D you have the option of buying some awesome missle ammo from Tarvin.
